Wow, wow, wow, these guys are smokin' hot, not to mention one of the proud owners of the award winning resto-lounge Sip in downtown Vancouver. I think we kept these guys out shooting until 10pm!!! The light just kept on getting sweeter and we couldn't resist such a gorgeous couple in such a beautiful place so away we went! We could have had these guys out until midnight! Well, have a peek and you'll find out why.

Samira and Arman are two of the most sweetest people I've ever met. They are just so cute together and we had a lot of fun out at Buntzen Lake, what a gorgeous place we live in! These guys actually WON the grand wedding prize from one of our local wedding fairs, how cool is that!! We're looking forward to their wedding in July and we can't wait, it's going to be one great event!

So these two and their beautiful St. Bernard, Bailey, joined us in Yaletown to enjoy the sun and a little time together! Getting these guys in front of the camera was heaps of fun and we are so looking forward to their wedding in the fall. We'll just have to be patient and wait for it to come.

We got to hang out with an awesome couple the other day, Raj & Sarv. Sarv is the sister of one of our brides from last year and their wedding is fast approaching. Our afternoon was spent at a very sunny yet cool Jericho beach. The locals stayed true to form and were spotted sunbathing in shorts and bikinis in 14C weather (only in Vancouver!). Hope you enjoy some of their gorgeous smiles.

Laura and Brad had the most romantic, gorgeous, perfect wedding at Hatley Castle on Vancouver Island. You should see the rings that these two have...WOW...I've never seen a rings like these! These two have a lot going for them and we wish them all the best in their new life together. Congratulations you two!! Enjoy!

What a beautiful day to spend with a great couple! Tania and Steven will be getting married this July and we can't wait! The camera loves them and they know how to work it very well. Here's just a few of our favourites and we can't wait to show you the rest!

Granville Island is such a great place, we discover new things every time we go there. Jeremy and Veronika's engagement shoot was a great afternoon that we got to spend together and have some laughs. The sun was out, the rain had just left and we had a great time with these two. It's so great to watch our couples have as much fun as we are on their shoot, these guys are a blast!

Wow, the only thing I can say about these guys was GLAM-or-ous!!!! These guys have a beautiful sophisticated look that could come right out of the 1920's!! We got ready in Hotel Vancouver and then off for photos to dodge the rain at Granville Island and Cecil Green. Everything pulled together wonderfully and even with Liza fighting off a cold she still managed to look amazing and ended off dancing the night away!! We have so many gorgeous photos, it was hard to choose but here are a select few that just told the day so well. Enjoy!

What a joy it was to photograph these two little guys! I had first met Kyle and Aiden when they were about 9 weeks old and we had their first photoshoot done. Now, almost 2 years later I can still see their baby faces and recognize each individual. One of my favourite photos was when one of them came down the slide and his hair was standing on end because of the static and it was just so cute! I find it fascinating with twins how they can look identical yet be their own individual with their unique personality. Sadly, they are moving to Alberta but I wish them and their family a happy new life there and all the best!

So I have high-jacked Jasalyn's blog for my own entertainment. You see Jasalyn thought that it would be great to spend 2 days and 1 night with Angela Hubbard (www.hubbardphotography.com) down in Seattle to see the awesome Joe Buissink and Yervant at their seminar. Well Angela has this great minature poodle 'Whiskey' that I get to take care of for these 2 days and 1 night. Well here are some pics of what me and Whiskey have been getting up to.

This is us at Jasalyn's parents place getting ready for our adventure. Just a note, it is really hard to take a self portrait with a big camera and a dog that won't sit still in your lap.

A quick drop off at Blockbuster Video. Jasalyn wanted to see Mr. Magoriums Wonder Emporium (sigh), don't bother renting this. Check that, don't watch it when it comes out on cable.



Some cool clouds in the back sparked this little bit of inspiration. Again, Whiskey was not impressed.



A little drive and some doggy walking training later had us stopping at the Crescent Beach pier. You can't see them but there were some kite boarders doing their thing on the water.



This little trip ate up a bit of gas, so a quick stop at the Esso and we off to home.



Got home and the first thing our little trooper was this.
